Blogsplash’s objective is to ensure that we provide help and guidance to all those that have an account with us. Staff at Blogsplash will help in any way possible to provide the best service, dedication and to all our bloggers

Blosgplash provides a blogging platform for users that wish to create blogs. All blogs are hosted on blogsplash.org under a subdomain.

All that register and sign up to Blogsplash are in an unconditional acceptance of and under Blogsplash’s TOS. Blogsplash reserves the right to modify/change the TOS with out any notification at any time. A new agreement will be updated and policies may change which will become effective immediately. Please make sure you review the TOS regularly.

REGISTERED USERS AND SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• User Registrations and Usernames

Individuals may only register ONE username per IP address, with multiple websites. IP addresses are all monitored, and if multiple user accounts are created with one IP they will be deleted without notice and IPs will be blocked from using the service

Usernames must be proper usernames. Spam usernames will not be accepted and deleted straight away without notice. Spam usernames include:

“sdsdsdsds” , “zsfdudpd” , “z87542820276″ , “kjedhoew90864″ and so on. Users with random letters and numbers will be deleted.

• Websites Names and Site Registrations

Sites with spam addresses will not be tolerated and removed without notice. sites such as:

“dofhwpnc.blogsplash.org” , “zs75935140.blogsplash.org” , “sdfsdfsdfsdfsdffsdf.blogsplash.org” “1234567.blogsplash.org”  will be deleted without notice.

Miltiple sites can be registered through one username using the same IP address, HOWEVER, we do not accept multiple sites that are duplicated or that have the same outgoing links. Below are examples of acceptable accounts and unacceptable accounts.

uggscheap.blogsplash.org (a site about ugg boots)

uggs2011.blogsplash.org (a site about ugg boots)

Any sites that have outgoing links to malware or spam links will be blocked and deleted without notice. We provide this free blogging platform and do not wish for our services to be taken advantage of by spam bloggers and spammers.

USE OF WEBSITE

• Prohibition of Adult Content

Blogsplash users are prohibited from storing, posting adult content, linking to adult content through the subscribed/registered service. All material of pornographic nature is considered adult content. Online galleries whose primary purpose is the public display of fine art or artistic mediums are not considered to be adult content, however, any adult images or content is not allowed.

• No Offensive Behavior

Hate, Racist/racism, defamatory, Intolerant or “stalking”, invitations to fight, threatening or any communication of any nature that we decide (in our sole discretion) as being improper and against the TOS, will be deleted and termination of accounts will be carried forward without any prior notice.

• Copyright Provisions

All content provided within or via this site is protected by various US and international copyright laws, patent laws and trademark regulation laws. No property/content of any nature contained within or via this website may be copied, published, reversed, decompiled, exchanged, traded, or broadcasted in any way without written permission.

Writing copyrighted information is prohibited in Blogsplash. Please make sure all content is resourced properly.

BlogSplash is in no way linked or responsible for the content that is added by bloggers and users of the site. If a complaint is made, Blogsplash will investigate and take the necessary actions that is needed. If content is copied without notification, the correct action will be taken.

SPAM AND UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL (UCE)

Blogsplash has a zero tolerance policy approach to spam/UCE email usage. There will be no spam usage through Blogsplash’s network and services. Users may not use or allow others to use our network for such activities. If a user is found to have done this and is in violation of the above TOS, Blasgplash will terminate the account. Blogplash reserves the right to notify any civil services and law enforcements if the activities are against the law.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information (email addresses and names) will never be shared with third parties unless an agreement with the user has been made by law. We do not sell, lease or distribute any personal information unless permission is given. Blogsplash may send you information about third parties that you may find of interest.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENTS

Blogsplash prohibits the use of this service for any illegal activities. The user accepts that all and any information that is considered illegal will be given to any law enforcement agency. Information such as ip addresses, account history and use, and posts will be provided without any consent or notification to the user. The law enforcements must have a legit court approved warrant.

ADSVAULT TOS (IN TERMS OF BLOSGPLASH AND ADSVAULT)

Adsvault and Blogsplash are working side by side in partnership with each other. Adsvault has provided a gateway to provide users and bloggers with the chance to earn revenue from blogging with Blogsplash.

Use of any other Pay per click ad companies is prohibited. Adsvault and Blogsplash allow affiliate advertisements and links to be displayed in content, however any other type/form of advertising is not allowed.

Blogsplash cannot be used to build pages such as link farms or pages that only contain links as this is against Adsvaults TOS. Any blogs that violate these TOS will be deleted and accounts banned without prior notifications.
